- The add-on was previously named List End Announcer — if you have it installed, your settings will be automatically migrated upon upgrading to the new version, though we recommend uninstalling the old version.
- Full support for definition lists (<dl>) — terms and definitions can now be navigated using I/Shift+I and L/Shift+L just as naturally as standard lists, with custom labels "Term:"/"definition" and the correct pair count when entering the list.
- New option for reading term/definition pairs — either each separately (default) or the entire pair at once, depending on your preference, also switchable via a keyboard shortcut.
- A number of reliability fixes, including: the "last item" announcement and beep now work reliably even when jumping straight to the last item in a list; toggle commands (position announcement, nesting level) now correctly remember your exact settings; and reading a term will no longer bleed into the text of the following definition.
- Lower NVDA version requirements — the add-on now works starting from NVDA 2022.1, not just on the absolute latest versions.

- The "Announce position and read item" and "Announce only position number" commands now also include the nesting level — when level announcement is enabled in settings and the current level reaches the configured threshold. At lower levels (below the threshold) they behave exactly as before.
- The placement of the level for these two commands (before the position / after the item content is read) now correctly respects the "When to announce the level" setting. Previously the level was always spoken first regardless of this setting.
- The "last item" indication on the "Announce position and read item" command now respects the "When to announce the last item" setting — with "At the end" selected, it is spoken only after the entire item content has been read. Previously it was always spoken at the start regardless of this setting.
